Doug Phillips were awarded both phases of this development also known as The Fitzrovia Apartments by John Sisk & Son Ltd.

Phase 1 consisted of a mix of affordable and high end private residential apartments together with the relocation of the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.

Phase 2 was a mix of both affordable and high end private residential apartments.

Doug Phillips undertook the supply and installation of timber flooring, veneered doorsets, bathroom joinery and wall panelling and joinery to the reception areas.
