Project Overview
48 Leicester Square
Located in the heart of London’s bustling Leicester Square, this project skillfully combined an existing retained façade with a new steel frame structure at the rear.
Doug Phillips were commissioned by Multiplex to supply and install bathroom joinery, including bespoke cabinetry, Corian vanity units, and cubicle partitions.
The door package was comprehensive, featuring metal-clad timber doorsets throughout the core areas, alongside metal riser doorsets designed to CAT A specifications.
The reception area posed some exciting design challenges. It incorporated elegant Anolok bronze wall cladding with integrated lighting, complemented by a distressed brass and limestone reception desk with specialist seating.
