The Oaks Centre,
Royal Marsden Hospital

Opened in June 2023, The Oaks Cancer Centre is a cutting-edge research and treatment facility designed to provide top-tier care.

 

Awarded by ISG, the scope for this flagship project featured an extensive range of joinery elements, including timber doorsets, hardwood flooring, IPS units, toilet fit-out and hygienic wall linings.

 

The bespoke joinery package showcases a selection of front-of-house reception desks located in the ground floor lobby and atrium, finished with slatted oak cladding and Galactic Ice solid surfaces.

 

Inside, the bespoke furniture package included ward stations, nurse bases, beverage bays, and chemotherapy bays to level 5.

 

A stunning highlight of the centre is the ground floor atrium’s central staircase, soaring across five levels and accented by slatted double-height Gustaf panelling on all walls. Oak flooring throughout the facility ties the design together.
