Greenwich Peninsula

Located on the Thames beside the iconic Millennium Dome, the Greenwich Peninsula development features five high-rise residential towers offering a total of 1,000 apartments. These include private, shared ownership, and affordable homes.

The project scope focused on the joinery fit-out across all apartments, including veneered and painted doorsets, decorative metal staircases, and elegant wall panelling.

Communal spaces are equally refined, with veneered doorsets and wall linings complemented by metal wall panelling in the lift lobbies.

A unique element to this project was design approach for each building’s reception area. Five different architectural practices were commissioned to create individually themed entrances, giving each tower its own distinct character while maintaining a cohesive overall aesthetic across the development.
