Project Overview

Set in the stunning surroundings of St Katharine’s Dock, this notable building underwent a comprehensive refurbishment led by McLaren Construction Ltd.

The project spans six levels and includes a carefully designed joinery package focused on fitting out modern commercial office spaces. New WC facilities were installed, featuring striking metal wall panelling in the core areas.

The ground floor reception area stands out with a contemporary bronze reception desk, complemented by decorative metal and oak wall panelling that runs alongside, creating an inviting and sophisticated entrance.
