Cornwall Terrace
Project Overview
Cornwall Terrace
This project involved merging two Grade II listed Georgian townhouses overlooking Regent's Park into a single, larger residence. To achieve this, two additional levels were added below ground, significantly increasing the property's usable space while respecting its historic character.
The work unfolded in two main phases. Phase 1 focused on structural alterations, which included overhauling original windows, strengthening floors, and installing new sub-floors beneath bathroom and bedroom areas.
Phase 2 comprised the interior fit-out, incorporating elegant new panelled doors and frames accented with classic mouldings, timber wall panelling, bathroom vanity units and wardrobes.
A standout feature was the bespoke marquetry office unit, artfully designed to mirror the building's external front elevation of the building.
