The NHLI (National Heart and Lung Institute) is a cutting-edge research centre located within the Hammersmith Hospital campus.

This project involved transforming an existing six-storey building into modern research laboratories and office spaces for Imperial College London (ICL).

Mace Interiors awarded the joinery contract, which included the installation of high-quality European Oak and encapsulated PVC doorsets, as well as WC fit-outs and kitchen tea points distributed across all six floors.

Collaboration was key to success: working closely with Saunders Boston Architects and Mace Interiors, the joinery design and installation were managed meticulously to ensure the project was delivered on schedule and within budget.
