Chiltern Place is a stunning redevelopment of the former International House, situated in the heart of Marylebone. This exclusive residential project features 55 beautifully crafted luxury apartments, including three townhouses and two penthouse apartments spread across 15 floors.

The design incorporates meticulously selected materials, such as hand-finished veneer doorsets and custom vanity units in bathrooms and ensuites.

Corridor walls are adorned with fabric wall panels complemented by integrated nickel-framed lighting, creating a refined and inviting atmosphere.

The ground-floor reception showcases impressive finishes, including a high-gloss walnut desk backlit with white Onyx panels together with a five meter wall of high gloss panels decorated with 405 inset nickel domed disks.

Delivered in partnership with Ronson Capital Partners and their design team, Chiltern Place overcame complex design challenges to become one of London’s most prestigious and remarkable residential addresses.
