Roman House
Project Overview
Roman House
Sited between the city and London’s Barbican Centre, Roman House is a striking residential development featuring 68 high-end apartments spread over seven floors, including two exclusive penthouses.
The project embraces a Roman-inspired theme, reflected in its three distinctive palettes: Florence, Venice, and Verona.
Engineered timber flooring, veneered doorsets, and bespoke wardrobes formed the core of the joinery work.
Bathrooms stand out with specialist joinery including metal-glazed entrance screens, custom vanity units, and cabinetry combining stone, decorative metal, and glass finishes.
Antique mirrored wall panelling with integrated lighting enhances corridors and communal areas
Delivered in close collaboration with Berkeley Homes and Manser Interiors, Doug Phillips contributed significantly to creating this award-winning residential development.
