The design features 100% polyester Ebony Macassar veneer, natural leather upholstery, liquid-applied metal surfaces, and antique bronze metalwork, combining to create a sophisticated and tactile environment.

Multiplex Construction Europe Ltd awarded the contract for the joinery and wall panelling works, covering 36 guest suites along with the ground floor and basement function rooms.

 

The project posed significant challenges due to the high-quality finishes, restricted site access and limited storage space, which demanded meticulous planning and execution to maintain the quality standards required.
