Situated on a spacious 35-acre site adjacent to London City Airport, this impressive new commercial development comprises five modern buildings ranging from five to eight storeys high.

The joinery elements include prefinished timber doorsets throughout, complemented by durable metal riser doorsets in core areas across multiple floors.

The toilet fit-out is carefully specified, featuring IPS, cubicle systems, washbasins, and WCs delivered to high standards.

The ground-floor reception area stands out with a stylish walnut and linoleum-clad reception desk, accented by walnut veneered panelling on the surrounding walls.

Collaboration with Multiplex and Farrells architects ensured the project was completed both on schedule and within budget, demonstrating efficient teamwork and quality in delivering this outstanding commercial scheme.
