Wembley NE02 & NE03

Located next to the iconic Wembley Stadium, this impressive residential project features 796 mid-spec apartments across six blocks that rise between 10 and 27 storeys. Developed by Quintain in partnership with John Sisk & Son, the scheme blends modern living with smart design in a vibrant London location.

The joinery scope included the supply and installation of internal doorsets, wardrobes, bathroom joinery, and skirtings within the apartments along with timber doorsets to communal areas.

Each block boasts a bespoke ground-floor reception area with unique finishes—featuring reception desks, wall panelling, banquette seating, decorative metalwork, and fabric linings.

Having successfully collaborated with both Quintain and John Sisk on previous Wembley projects such as Canada Garden, The London Designer Outlet, and North Westlands, Doug Phillips once again played a key role in delivering this flagship development on time and within budget.
